The survey is unique in that it will showcase the investment and operational insights of executive-level women in the hedge fund, private equity and venture capital worlds. The survey will help identify industry trends and explore whether gender impacts core business functions in these sectors.
This survey is for female executives at hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds or venture capital funds who are at or near the investment committee level (i.e., partner-level members with investment decision-making authority). The study will look at:
- What is driving the industry?
- Where is the capital
- What are your investment and operational challenges?
- Does gender have an impact on core operations such as capital-raising?
All responses are anonymous with data aggregated to identify trends that will impact women in the alternative investment industry in 2013 and beyond. Answers are not linked to individual respondents or organizations. Survey findings will be published by Rothstein Kass and 85 Broads and shared with various news outlets.
Survey participants will be invited to receive a copy of the survey findings.
